1. About Us
Blandford Salt Supplies provides high‑purity water softener salt blocks with local delivery within a 15‑mile radius of Blandford Forum. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Ordering
All orders must be placed through our website. Customers may also contact us to request that an order be placed on their behalf via our website contact page, by phone, by email at enquiries@blandfordsaltsupplies.co.uk, or through WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery addresses and contact details provided are accurate. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
4. Delivery
For orders of 10 or more salt block packs (up to a maximum of 30 packs), we provide free delivery within a 15‑mile radius of Blandford Forum. Delivery times may vary depending on demand, weather conditions, or access limitations. Our standard delivery days are Monday and Friday; delivery outside these days may be possible, and customers should contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements.
Unless a separate delivery charge is paid, orders under 10 packs of salt blocks are collection only.
If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or no safe drop‑off point, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional charges may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. We only accept returns of unused, unopened salt blocks in their original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Product Condition
Salt blocks are heavy consumable goods. Minor cosmetic marks or chips may occur during transport and do not affect performance. These do not qualify as damage for refund purposes.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order is out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
8. Website Use
All content on this website—including text, images, and product information—is owned by Blandford Salt Supplies. You may not copy or reproduce any content without permission.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect installation or use of salt blocks. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
