Refund & Returns Policy – Blandford Salt Supplies
We want you to be happy with your order. If there’s ever an issue with your water softener salt blocks, we’ll put it right quickly and fairly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your salt blocks arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Because salt blocks are heavy consumable goods, we can only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned items are received and checked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear.
Non‑Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used salt blocks
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items not purchased directly from Blandford Salt Supplies
Delivery Issues
If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or no safe drop‑off point, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
